So at the core of our new strategy and at the digital transformation is to get significantly closer to our customers.we did a full customer segmentation analysis and understood that in terms of selling multiple services to customers,some of our clients were extremely poor at it,and so one of the key attributes of our strategy in leveraging the dynamics 365 platform is to really get much, much closer to our clients, so we established what we’re calling a strategic account management program where we actually bring multi disciplines into the table to really deep research on that industry as well as the sets of clients, both prospects and clients, and because of the platform, the power of the platform, we know so much more today than we ever did before about the industry, about that client, about who knows who in that organization because of the power of the integrated linked-in app, and it has, again, I hate to repeat myself, but it really has driven top line revenue over and above our expectations. I mean, we have what we had developed, we’ve exceeded that within the first eight months.
